If you still drive the same BMW or MINI originally registered to BMW FIRST and wish to downgrade or upgrade any of your subscribed BMW FIRST packages, please send us a request to email@example.com mentioning the new package you want to change to. We will update your subscription details for you and you can start availing of the services of your new package upon receipt of email confirmation.
If you still drive the same BMW or MINI and wish to reactivate you previous BMW FIRST subscription account, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will update your subscription details for you to continue availing of the services. Your old membership card will be invalid and you will receive a new card.
Currently, there are three BMW FIRST subscription packages:
Yes, a partner or direct family members who live in the same household can avail of the services, but only for the vehicle registered to the subscription. If misuse is detected, the subscription will be cancelled immediately.
The BMW FIRST package is tied to one vehicle only. If you want to use it on multiple cars you please sign up each car individually.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation of your subscription will come into effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into the customer portal using your credentials. Scroll down to timeline and click on "Cancel this subscription"
You can change your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password" hyperlink that is shown on the customer portal login page. You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Outside of office hours you can send us an email to email@example.com and we will answer your request as quickly as possible.
If you still drive a BMW or MINI and wish to remain a BMW FIRST subscriber, please contact your customer advisor via phone Monday to Friday (9AM - 5PM) at 018628216 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will update your subscription details for you and you can continue availing of the services.
At the current pilot stage the program is limited to the Republic of Ireland.
The BMW FIRST Package is solely available online. Your Service advisor at your dealership will be able to help you complete the online registration.
Within the customer portal you are able to change all relevant information tied to your subscription, such as your address, email address or payment information.

You can start to use your BMW FIRST services at your BMW Retailers right after you have signed up for BMW FIRST. A digital member card will be sent to you via email within 10 days. This card can be downloaded to your smartphone. However please note you do not need your digital member card to avail of your BMW FIRST services with our BMW Retailers, they will have all required details on their system. The fuel discount will be usable once you have completed the Circle K online registration form and received your Circle K fuel card.
BMW Automotive (Ireland) Limited will charge your credit/debit card each month with the agreed amount until either party cancels the subscription.
Please log into the customer portal with your credentials you have created. There you are able to update your payment method information.
The 5 cent per litre discount will apply to both Topaz and Cirkle K sites.
The Top Up service includes topping up washer fluids concentrate and engine oil according to your vehicle’s specification and requirements, T&Cs apply.
You will be able to avail of the exterior car wash of your choice (worth 14.90 EUR) at selected Circle K service stations nationwide. Find your nearest Circle K station here.
At participating Circle K fuel stations, you are entitled to a monthly exterior drive through wash. You may choose any wash programme of your liking.
You will receive a monthly voucher by email with a QR code for a Circle K car wash which you can redeem at selected Circle K stations. Make sure to have the QR code available with you either in your smart phone or in printed form. Vouchers are not bound to a specific month, hence should you not have redeemed one, you can make use of it in the next month. You will be able to receive your fuel discount at over 440 Circle K service stations nationwide. Find your nearest Circle K station here.
Of course, BMW FIRST membership is also open to MINI drivers.
For wiper blades there is no need to book an appointment at your chosen retailer. Refer to your BMW FIRST subscription at the welcome counter and a parts advisor will see to it that the right wiper blades are fitted swiftly to your vehicle (subject to parts availability).
For this service please book an appointment with a retailer of your choice. Mention your BMW FIRST membership when booking.
Should a light bulb have failed, please call your retailer and ask to book an appointment. Time required for bulb replacement will vary with model. Subject to parts availability.
Damages that occur during service must be immediately reported to dealer during the service visit. We cannot accept any claims at a later stage.
Appointments are subject to availability. If you don't get an appointment at one specific retailer you might want to visit the dealer locator for alternative Retailers.
Once you have subscribed, a BMW Retailer will be able to verify this using your registration on their system. In addition you will receive a digital BMW FIRST membership card. The BMW FIRST member card will identify you as a member but is not required for you to redeem your BMW FIRST services.
There are no additional charges for changing the wiper blades or lightbulbs. Additional charges may only apply if you wish to receive additional services or repairs during your visit.
Unfortunately, there is no discount to lifestyle items as part of the BMW FIRST Package. Seasonal offers and benefits may apply at your Retailer.
Our retailers will do the following: Exterior wash, Interior vacuum (including boot if accessible), wheel and tyre shine, wipe down from elbow up, shammy if required.
In order to benefit from our partnership with Circle K please fill out the online application form which you find here: http://www.bmw-first.ie/fuel-discount. You will need to enter a verification code which was sent to you in the "Thanks for subscribing" email. A Circle K fuel card will be sent to you by post after we have processed your application. This is a personal debit card which grants you access to 5 cents of discount on each litre when you fuel up at Circle K. In order to avail of the discount, you need to pay with your Circle K fuel card. The due sum will then be charged weekly via a SEPA mandate from your linked bank account (fuel discount already being taken into account).
All services that are on a monthly basis expire at the end of each calendar month. Hence you cannot transfer services from one month to the next.
However if your package includes the Exterior Car Wash at Circle K, you can use your QR code for the car wash that you receive via email, the following month, if you don’t get a chance to use it this month.
